For this piece, I was heavily inspired by my love for all things gory and macabre. For as long as I can remember, horror has been at the forefront of my mind. For the project, I wanted to use these elements that I hold so close to my heart, and create a horror themed city. Throughout this process, I had to overcome many challenges such as working with watercolor. I also used gouache for the very first time, and experimented with it on this project. Overall, the building could be colored better, and they could look more realistic. But overall, I like the sloppiness of it, the crazy building, and crazy trees.
